I need a road trip to test out the Blazer, wouldn't mind running in the HI area.

I like to go early sunday morn. its usually empty from 6am to 11am. bout noon is when the crowd likes to settle in. by then Im at the casa enjoying a cold one. :) :) saturdays its up in the air ,people get there early and save a picnic spot. and everybody has push button or fliplop 5 to 8lb test which is fine. but when that current starts moving right or left suddenly you're cutting 89 cent leaders off your lines all day :x

OK it's been too long since I was on the beach, last night I had dreams(visions maybe?) of BIG reels going crazy, screaming clickers sounding like they were hooked to speed boats. Feels like a good sign for this year...

I am thinking the water temp is right for a good sandbar. Been watching the whiting get tore up and the specks are pounding the shrimp in some of the bays. I would like to get a bigreel out but would need a little help getting it back in. Alan if you want stop by and lets do it! Give me a call, I have some bait in the freezer that needs some teeth marks in it!
